Nominate a Candidate

There will be an election to fill THREE seats at the RIPE NCC General Meeting 20-22 May 2026. Each seat is for a three-year term and ends in May 2029.

How to nominate a person

• Fill in the Nomination Form to nominate or support a candidate in the RIPE NCC Executive Board election.
• Please use the same email address associated with your LIR Portal account when filling out the nomination form.

Who can nominate a person?

• To nominate an individual, you must be a RIPE NCC member and a registered LIR contact in the LIR Portal.
• You will need to use the same email address associated with your LIR Portal account when filling out the nomination form for the nomination to be valid.

Who can be nominated?

• You can nominate yourself or be nominated by someone else.
• A person does NOT need to be a RIPE NCC member to be nominated.

List of nominees

• Nominees for the RIPE NCC Executive Board and the nominations they have received will be posted on the List of Nominees page.
• You can also view all nominations in the Nominations archive.

How someone becomes a candidate

• An Executive Board nominee can become a candidate after they have received five nominations of support.
• They must also submit the relevant documents including a Certified Identification Document and signed Candidate Statement before they can become a candidate.
• They are then posted on the Confirmed Candidates page.
